I am 44, started listening to the
Clash, Ramones, Richard Hell and the Velvet Underground, Stooges and the Dead boys when I was 12(1979), I have bben a dedicated fan ever since. This music defined me and gave me purpose, I was a rebellious art student waiting to happen. My lifestyle glaringly reflects a devoted Punk Rawk life path and while it hasn't all been easy I wouldn't trade my life for anything. I am disappointed by the banality and superficiality that most middle class people seem to embrace. If it were it up to me I would implement a mandatory school course that opened young minds to alternatives other than punching a clock.
I have worked in the music industry
in several different capacities; roadie, guitar tech, musician, babysitter and have had many very interesting experiences along the way.
