Well what is punk? I s punk just music? Is punk a way of living? A way of resisting what you refuse to be part of, a way of strong groups getting together creating their own culture, their own style, their own belifes. Streets are our home, squat is where we sleep, system is who we despise. People working for profit, living with greed and lies are those who we are laughing at. I rather am low than be apart of your consumer plague. At least i am proud of what i am!

The definition of punk varies by the individual. One thing I know is that people who follow punk come from different walks of life, and live different lifesyles. So I don't really see it as "a way of life". Punks do generally see things a different way from the masses, so if i'd call it anything, I'd call it kind of a world view.

What is punk? there is no answer to that question because that is one of the Few stupid and unanswerable questions someone can think up. Not to be rude but its the truth, One cant ask "what is punk" because it is so different to so many people, only am I a punk. "Am I a punk" i ask myself as i wake up in the morning, looking into the mirror I have come to the realization it is not my tattoos, nor my mohawk, nor my studded sports coat or vest that make me punk. It is my attitude, the ability to say f it, i like this look and if you dont look away... Are you punk? Who am i to say whos punk and whos not, Im not a f'in cop.

Take a look at Greg from Bad religion or Milo from the decsendents.Honestly, if you seen them on the street and did not know who they were , you wouldnt see them as punk. Yet they are both from one of the many greatest punk bands out there. Its not always about "---- this and ---- that". Theres a deeper side to punk, a dark side and an intellectual side also.What makes a person punk is that they dont even consider themselves punk until someone else tells labels them.

Not clothes.Not coloured,shaved hair.Not piercings.Not tattoo.
Its inside.The way you feel,the way you think.Its either in ya or its not.
The total ability to be yourself and feel totally comfortable with who you are,what you believe in and what you stand for.
Which is different for everyone.
There is no one definition of Punk.

I do believe tho,that Punk chooses you,its not you that chooses Punk!!
