volunteers needed to complete punk-rock questionnaire!!

I'm currently writing my dissertation which is an investigation into the link between clothing and the creation of the punk-rock identity. Part of the dissertation is to get people who were part of the punk-rock era in london to answer a questionnaire for me.
It's anonymous, 13 questions - which will be emailed through to you.
