how in the world do you get into the site chat!Plaese help.

If you are just having trouble finding the chat area, all you need to do is click the 'Free Online Dating Chat' link in the navigation area above...or you can click the 'CHATROOM' link that is in the forums navigation in the top center of the page too.

Either of these will take you to the 'Chat' page, where you will see a 'Launch' link in the top center of the page (if you are logged in).

Just click that link and a chatwindow will open, with all the sites in your account listed, along with a lobby area that is shared across all Passions Network sites.

If you are having a technical problem entering chat, just shoot us an email with any error messages you are seeing, and we'll try to figure out what is happening. (As far as we can tell, the chat system seems to be working fine.)

Hi I'm Having trouble using the chat room, the window opens but nothing happens, is it a firewall problem or my server any help would be cool

The chat system is working, so the problem seems to be on your end. Unless you have a personal firewall of some sort, it is unlikely that is the issue.

Since our Chat system is a FLASH based system, our guess is that you are attempting to access chat from a device / browser that either does not support Flash, or does not have the most current version.

If you are using a browser that can support Flash, please update to the most current version, and see if that fixes the problem.

If not, please contact us directly at (removed) so we can get more detailed information from you on what is happening...so that hopefully we can help you get things up and running.
