Ron Asheton .R.I.P. :(

Well, Ron Asheton is dead. For those of you who don't know, for what ever reason, Ron Asheton was in the band with arguably the most importance for anyone on this website. There would be no punk rock without Asheton, because there would be no Stooges. The news article I read says, "Cause of death won't be determined until toxicology reports are complete, which could take about a month." I really don't mean to be patronizing. I just want to connect him punk, and, really, it is not hard to do. But you sort of have to know some history to realize how important he is to punk, and rock n roll for that matter.
